Acceptance

By downloading or using Niti you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the app on devices you own. The app, brand, design, and editorial commentary are our property. The Sanskrit source texts are public domain.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app to send spam or harass other users
• Resell or redistribute app content commercially
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems

Niti is for educational and reflective use only. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, or financial advice. The wisdom of Chanakya and Kautilya is presented as historical and philosophical material, not professional counsel.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
