Common issues
The app crashes when I open it+
Force-close the app, then reopen. If the crash repeats, email us with your phone model and OS version. We will reproduce and fix within 48 hours.
My streak got reset+
Streaks count consecutive calendar days. If you missed a day, the count resets. We do not restore streaks because the discipline is the point.
I cannot sign in with Google+
Sign out fully, clear the app's storage from your phone settings, and try again. If the issue persists, email us with your Google account email and we will investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
iOS: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Chanakyaverse → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Chanakyaverse → Cancel.
I want a refund+
Apple and Google handle all refunds for subscriptions. Request via the same path as cancellation. We honour any genuine refund request the platforms approve.
I want to delete my account+
